It is founded by CA. Parth R. Joshi and it is continuously growing with the team of Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and Company Secretaries.

- Parth R. Joshi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Commerce Graduate and a Law Graduate from Gujarat University.
- Started his professional journey way-back in the year 2011 and he has extensively worked in the domains, such as Tax, Assurance, Finance.
He possesses rich experience of working with Corporates including Fortune 500 Indian Companies diversified in sectors like Logistics, Agri-Logistics, Ports, Manufacturing, Education, Health Care, Real Estate etc.
- Member of Indirect Tax Taskforce of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) for the year 2024-2025.
- Member of GST & Indirect Tax Committee of Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICAI, Mumbai for the Financial Year (FY) 2024-25 and FY 2023-24.
